Every fall Way Fruit Farm hosts a fundraising Apple Festival event for an orphanage in the Dominican Republic. (more detail on orphanage ministry)

This fall farm festival is perfect for families and features crafters including Janise Crow's handmade jewelry Something Special come see the new collections she's just designed, home cooking, petting barn, wagon ride, pumpkin smash, pumpkin patch, games and activities for the children.

The country kitchen and other food vendors are on hand to serve lunch and dinner. Homemade apple dumplings, Texas taters and the peanut butter balls are favorites with the locals and 100% of their proceeds go to the orphanage.
